I would be pissed if the Flyers did anything like that. To be honest, the team needs defense. Timomen, Coburn, and Smith are competent out there. Hatcher and Vandermeer aren't helping anything. We can't ask Biron and Nittymaki to play Jesus every game. Some fans are wanting Forseberg or a big trade for another forward. To be honest though, it would be pointless. Defense is the way the team needs to go if they plan on making a trade.

Sundin won't go anywhere... he's all Toronto has to look forward to every night. I really don't think Carter can ever be more than a decent 2nd liner, but it's not worth giving him up for what's left of Sundin.
Speaking of the Flyers they raped the hell out of the Sens. Very ballin...

I agree with you on Carter. The nice part right now though is we have a lot of young talent to play around with. Some of them are just very stupid. (Yes you Steve Downie)

Nah it was like quarter exciting. I hate how good players who would normally score in situations pass off in allstar games, I'd rather see a snipe than a tic tac toe play. That's kinda weird because I'd rather set up somebody with a dirty sauce than score myself when I play, but I like watching people snipe better.

Selanne back with the Ducks... San Jose still has the division locked up in my mind (tied with Dallas and 1 point ahead of the Ducks with 4 games in hand) but Anaheim should net the 4th seed...

Double post, but how many more solid efforts out of Miller are we going to waste? He's pretty much the reason we're anywhere near the playoff picture.
Also, I'd be lying if I said Stafford going down didn't worry me.

Playoffs are ours. We're 2 back of the Rangers for 8th with 3 games in hand. I'm not worried. Hopefully we can move up to 7 and draw the Flyers, a team we've had no problem beating since the lockout.
Ovechkin has been unbelievable. Every time he scores I think he's gonna injure something with his celebrations. The guy's like Gramatica after an extra point...
